| This weekend me2everyone.com is 10 weeks old and it’s time to begin the transformation into a real social networking business. As many people know this website has suffered from an explosive growth that met a number of bugs head on creating huge problems for our small customer care team. Rather than crumble, we are increasing funding into the website development by 400% with a plan to deliver a product that you are proud of. Oh yes, me2everyone remains a debt-free company and out of the hands of venture capitalists.
IMPROVING CUSTOMER CARE We employ a number of customer care people, but the ratio between them and our members is a staggering 1:60,000, which quickly swamps them with problems. From April 2009 something incredible is going to happen here: a complete transformation of me2everyone customer care! SO WHAT’S NEW? Every day me2everyone receives 500-600 emails from people interested in a customer care role. From these a new and improved customer care strategy has evolved giving a ratio between customer care managers and members of 1:300. The plan is to give each member a bespoke and dedicated service. You will be able to phone or email your dedicated Customer Care Manager and receive an answer almost instantly! This new structure also gives Business Members a dedicated service designed to maximise their results from advertising or other business strategies connected to me2everyone. This is going to make retention of business members so much easier and therefore maximise the level of profits to be enjoyed by our shareholders. FREELANCE? Yes! When launched in April 2009 this will be an independent business with each component returning up to GBP £4500 income working just 2-3 hours per week. Components can be interlocked to create a business from a few spare hours to a new full-time venture creating up to GBP £81,000 per year. | We have another day of choosing Global Execs - planning the next 30 names to join a great looking team. Two days ago we reported that members from 48 nations had applied for GE - today that figure has increased to 72. However what has come as a real surprise is the sheer number of applications from South Africa! And it’s making us think…
94% of all African applications are coming from South Africa and there are a few people here who are considering the eventual opening of a dedicated office in South Africa (for all African’s). More on this idea in the weeks to come. | A few moments ago we poised the question: “What happens to the people who are not chosen for GE?” As you may know we are looking for 300 Global Exec members and 95% of the applications are excellent, making our task to select people that much harder. We have decided to create another arm of the Global Exec especially for those people who are not selected for the main GE - Passive position. Put your application in AND if you are not selected for GE, we will offer you the alternative (and still free) upgrade.

| It has recently come to light that some members’ allotted shares have not been appearing in the recommender’s shares box for their new sign ups! This problem, we have been assured, has now been corrected. For those who have missed out, when the new members you recommended next log in, they will be asked to re-verify the ID number/name of the person who actually recommended them, which will then produce the correct additional allotted shares. | Next week more people are joining our web development team as we gear up to provide you more excitement with the me2everyone world. One of the tools they will develop will be the online “leader board” showing the highest recruiters in the organisation.
A few weeks ago we launched the “10 Million Share Chase” and when the population of me2everyone reaches 500,000 people, the 250 top recruiters will receive bonus share allotments from 1000 shares to an incredible 10,000,000 shares worth GBP £10,000 face value today. | 300,000 SHARE LEVELS | Date : 16th March, 2009 |
| Back on 8th February 2009 we said that the current share levels for joining and recruiting would change when we reached 300,000 members. Well that day has now arrived….
The population is expected to cross the 300,000 target by 13:00 GMT today and at that point the NEW share awards will change: 1) Become a member and receive 100 shares 2) Recruit a friend and receive 200 shares We will stay at these levels until we reach 500,000 members and then it changes for the FINAL time. That’s when we move to our final launch figures and there’s a whole news story to follow on that soon. |

| m2e aims to recruit 72,300 Customer Care Managers and Global Exec members across the next 3 years. They will help transform me2everyone into a global brand, with live customer support in a local time-zone in your local language and dialect. We have developed two business upgrades:
1. Global Exec 2. Customer Care Manager This week we are choosing the first 100 members of the Global Exec (there will eventually be 300 people). The Global Exec is a management layer with a role to help develop the Customer Care Network and also act as an advisor to our board of directors. | Chatter on the web continues and new blogs appear. Some are positive and others spread the seeds of doubt. There’s one that we read that suggests shareholders of me2everyone are liable for the debts of me2everyone. We want to dispel this myth right now:
1) You have registered to me2everyone’s prelaunch website and given us your name and email. This is not enough information to register any allotted shares and therefore you have zero liability. 2) When the Beta website arrives you will be invited to register for your shares in me2everyone PLC. There will be zero to pay on these shares as payment will have already been made. This matter is being conducted via our solicitors to ensure that purchase of the shares is completely legal and transparent. 3) When the shares are made available to you, they will be fully paid up. If me2everyone PLC creates any debt, you are not responsible for that debt. me2everyone PLC (when formed) will be run by honest business people with decades of experience and a desire to build a fantastic business for all concerned. The nature of these blogs and forums is to get to the heart of me2everyone. They also want to protect you in case m2e decides to steal your ID or create fraud in your name. Nothing could be further from the truth. In the Beta version there will be a “Meet the Team” button where you read our profiles, understand our business skills, even see where we failed in the past. Then fully armed with real facts you can make up your own mind. Oh yes – one last thing… Do you think we should have our own official m2e forum? If yes, where would you like it placed – in the Members’ Area or in the Public Area? Let us know…. Remember this is an organisation being built for you. | “OK – fantastic concept, but when does it all start?”
That pretty much sums up the responses from thousands of m2e members and 8 weeks since pre-launch we are virtually ready for the first Beta update. So what’s new? One day an email will arrive from me2everyone telling you that the Beta phase has begun. There will be a link to click and you will come to a cleaner looking web-page with many more options than we offer now. For instance you will be able to “Meet the Team”, reading the bios of everyone involved and also see our photos. This feature will eventually show-case everyone connected to m2e including the Global Execs and Customer Care Managers. A new presentation is being written and in the “More Info” area there’s a slide show, PDF document and a detailed FAQ section. There is also a link to a more intuitive Contact form with all our contact details there in plain sight. There will also be demographic data streams giving you more information about the community we are building. There’s space for news updates and space for potential advertisers, but these features won’t be switched on for a few more weeks. Oh yes, there’s the language bar and we are currently hiring people for our One-World translation team with plans to bring you beta in 38 languages! There’s a new legal centre coming online too – with far more detailed information about the share information and why this is legal. Finally we are adding a “m2e Jobs” page – showing how you can work with me2everyone as we build the community worldwide. NEW INSIDE? Yes and no. At first, members will see the pages you can see now. The Beta members’ area is under development and we will launch the new navigation sequence asap. The plan is to have the whole Beta experience live by the end of March 2009 and then test the features for some time, adding new Beta features on a weekly basis. M2E VERSION 3D? Beta will enable you to do many of the things you can with other social networks, but it’s the 3D elements that will set us apart. We are planning to launch the 3D aspects and the internal m2e job roles (from mayor to council, enforcers to newspaper owners, real estate agents to forest creators) by mid June 2009. |

In two months me2everyone has attracted 250,000 members from more than 100 countries. In the next 2 months we forecast that number to swell to more than one million people. The website will be more interactive. You will be able to search for your friends, read their profiles and get an idea of what’s happening in their life from day to day. You will be able to chat and interact with each other. Eventually we will add video channels (for video chat) as me2everyone aims to become a hub for your online entertainment and social organisation needs. Yes we know we have huge competition, but we also have some aces up our sleeves. You will discover these in the weeks and months to come. Recently we changed to another law firm – the 284 year old Furley Page whose first task is to handle our transition to Public Limited Company (PLC) status. The sheer scale of membership (now 9 times larger than our 2008 forecasts) means that we need to rapidly move to this more complex corporate status. We aim to have this in place BEFORE you formally register your share allocations in the Beta Members’ Area. Keep watching these updates for more information. Like we said, you are a Pioneer. You have been fortunate enough to discover me2everyone already and reaped the pre-launch rewards. | 15000 NEW MEMBERS A DAY! | Date : 20th February, 2009 |
| On average a new member joins me2everyone once every 6 seconds! Not bad for a website that still hasn’t launched. And to be honest, this is what I wanted to talk about today…We agree that m2e is boring. We also agree that we need to bring the improvements online ASAP. However we also want to make this website stable. Yesterday, for example, the website suddenly froze. Why? Well, it seems that all the load was on one server (we have 3) and some coding had not been optimised. We found this, fixed it and hopefully you are not experiencing any problems with speed. That fixed, we noticed that an admin based counter has stopped working properly. We need this more in the Beta website than here, so it won’t affect you too much. So the improvements we are making are centred more on the Admin features just now: getting the engine “souped” up a bit So here is our schedule: 1. Optimise the database coding Now we want to achieve all this over the next 6 to 8 weeks. OK, it’s a little slower than we wanted, but with 158,000 members after 6 weeks the team know we have to get this perfect to ensure growth this year beyond 5m people. Oh, sorry about the slow-down in news updates this week. We’ve done a little internal re-organisation, hired new lawyers and been training our customer care people. Have a great weekend! |

| VIRTUAL SHARES? | Date : 17th February, 2009 |
| Across the world there are 130,000 people wondering about their me2everyone shares. Some wonder if their shares are virtual, worth nothing more than “the paper they are not printed on”…This is the current situation.
At the moment, when you join or recommend members, we allocate a number of shares to you. When we launch the beta website, these allocations of shares can be converted into registered shares when you provide a few additional details, as required by English law. We will explain this in the days and weeks to come. As for the shares themselves you may be wondering how they will be issued? Well, me2everyone Limited has 18,000,000,000 Ordinary voting shares of GBP £0.001 each. So at present you need 1000 shares to make GBP £1.00. However as the value of the company grows from various income mechanisms that will be launched in 2009, the dividends from these shares (annual payments) could become quite attractive. Certainly when the company seeks a formal listing, the shares could become quite valuable. me2everyone Limited is not paying the money into the company for your shares. We have an arrangement with a third party (a major shareholder) who has already paid for these shares. They will effectively transfer shares to you from their own allocations. This was an agreement made 4 months ago and even after making the transfers to 130,000+ members, they will still hold a sizeable shareholding with options to purchase more shares are face value (GBP £0.001). So everyone is aware that you will become a shareholder and everyone agrees that you will become a shareholder. When we have the beta website, we will begin the official registration of your shares and you will have you own certificate(s). We hope this helps. |

| A few people are worried that we’ve promised the BETA version, but nothing has happened. Well, once upon a time a lady called Jenny Butler said:”The company is like a swan. All graceful a serene on the surface, but paddling like mad underneath”
EMAIL SERVER We decided that the most important aspect was to fix errors and improve the background admin first. Then, when we introduce the new features they are going to work so much better. To give you a better example, yesterday we bought another server - one dedicated to sending bulk emails to our members. It’s being configured now and once live, we will be able to email a newsletter to every member once a week. IMPROVED SUPPORT We have also decided to improve the customer care feature by creating a Ticket-based system. This means that anyone with the right admin clearance can read the problem history and answer accordingly. Expect this in a few weeks. FAX NUMBER We also have a fax number 0845 280 2197 (UK) or +44 845 280 2197 (international) CODING QUALITY We are retaining a few web-based experts in the realms of PHP programming and website security. This will give us a new UK-based quality control procedure, ensuring that any code is cleaned up before it’s published. This reduces errors and problems down the line. To recap - although you cannot see many changes on the surface of the web page, there is a lot of work being done in the background. Things will start to change soon… |

| WHITE SCREEN OF DEATH | Date : 11th February, 2009 |
Anyone logging into the website in the past 10 days would have been frustrated by a white screen instead of our web pages. We had many members from the tech arena suggesting everything from a web-wide Java problem to server and bandwidth issues.For the past 48 hours our engineers have been examining the problem in close detail. The result has been a reworking of the code, which for now seems to have cured the problem.This version of the website needs to perform a lot harder than anyone forecast. Let’s face it, our target membership for 9th March 2009 was 30,000 people. That’s what we designed to. Look at the population now  I think we are going to smash that target LOL
OTHER FIXES We have an expression in the UK. You wait 30 minutes for a bus then 7 arrive at once. Well the same appears true for the fixes. PASSWORDS AND PHANTOM MEMBERS There are 1400 duplicated accounts in the system. These are being deleted today. Then emails are going to be sent to anyone who did not verify their email address (about 700 members). They will need to click a link, which should restore their access. IF ANY OF YOUR GROUP HAS A PASSWORD ISSUE, PLEASE LET THEM KNOW AN EMAIL IS BEING SENT TO THEM. RELINK MEMBERS A new sign-in procedure has been created. It gives members a one-time option to change their recommender ID (the person who introduced them). When a member signs in they will be asked to confirm their Recommenders ID and name. SO, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ANYONE WHO SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO YOU KNOWS YOUR ID NUMBER. The code will be uploaded later today. Members only see the new sign-in page once but they are asked to confirm the information 3 times. When they accept, they are locked to the member they selected. It can’t be changed. Some people will gain members, some will lose members. NO-ONE will lose any bonus shares… EMAIL SYSTEM We have had some email issues with the site. We will be running tests for the next 2 days as we seek to repair the problem (caused when we moved servers). NEW SITE Once all these fixes are completed, the new website will begin to appear. A little delayed, but it’s more important for the engine to work, than for the site to look pretty. THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE |

| In the coming week the population of me2everyone will reach 100,000. This will trigger a few changes:1. The allocated shares for all NEW members is reduced to 250 each 2. The allocated shares for everyone you recommend is reduced to 500 each 3. These levels will stay in place until the population reaches 300,0004. With the advent of the Relink fix, white-screen fix, phantom-member fix and the website email fix we are almost ready for the 10 Million Share Chase. Let me explain this. When we launched me2everyone, we said that: “The member who recommends the most members will be allocated a bonus of 10,000,000 shares.” The idea was to create excitement and test a few ideas. Well, the idea has been improved. When the membership reaches 500,000 people we will make the 250 top recruiters very, very happy. There will be rewards from 1,000 shares to the 10,000,000 top prize. We will create a leader board soon, but so you know, you need 35 members to reach 250th place. The whole chases starts from the 9th January 2009 and so everyone is already involved. Think it’s too late to get started? Well, two of the current top 10 joined me2everyone in the last 10 days. Think it’s unfair because you don’t know so many people? Don’t worry. | HelloFor all new members, welcome to me2everyone: a place that’s got a lot of people talking, a few are excited and others are scratching their heads wondering what happens next!This is the pre-launch version: the place where you learn what’s happening as we begin to evolve the Beta version and then the full-launch website. The other thing to know is that me2everyone as a website is only 27 days old. Now add into this that site was actually down for a week in mid-January and I think we all recognise that what has been achieved is remarkable.
We could grow a lot faster but first you need confidence in the website. Well we have finally cracked this “RE-LINKING” issue. This is where some members are linked to the wrong member entirely. We found our why this was happening and we have been testing some code to ensure that all members can be linked to their friends and family correctly. There is one minor bug remaining to be fixed, but we are hoping to give this the green light during tomorrow (Friday). In fact there are a suite of fixes coming, from the communication aspects to phantom members and blocked accounts (non verified emails). THEN we can start to evolve the look of the website - and boy that will be worth waiting for (see the NEW THINGS article). Do you mind if we leave the “10 MILLION SHARE CHASE” article until the fixes mentioned above are in place? The reason being is because we want the system to work properly BEFORE we tell you this news. WHY? Well if you think 80,000 members in 27 days is good, you have not seen anything yet!!
