Why was Jason Mraz in the back seat of our car?

Hi there it’s the Bald Guy.  Sorry it has been so long. We ended up staying another night in the peach and yellow palace (more on that later).

But I am back in the blue house and ready to share my story.

But first a little house keeping. I am grateful and would like to thank Lori from Ajax Ontario who donated $10.00. Derek from Salisbury, North Carolina for donating $20.00.  And R.A.L. (http://www.AlienEyesArt.com ) from Silver City , New Mexico who donated $5.00.  Thanks to their generous support this past weeks jackpot was $85.00.

And Congratulations  to Anna from the USA on winning the Lawttery of Attraction. I will always remember this weeks contest.  It was very special.

WoW!  I guess I will start at the beginning.

Last Wednesday Feb 18th my friend, Jeff Felske, asked if I wanted to go down to Miami.

Now at the blue house it was -15C.

Snowing.

You the know the whole brass monkey thing.

And yet I still wasn’t sure I wanted to go.

I knew I wouldn’t be getting much work done. Jeff and I tend to enjoy ourselves quite a lot.

But Debbie enthusiastically encouraged me to go.

My Mom and Dad were awesome.  They offered to look after our little sweethearts while Debbie was working.

And my brother-in-law, Emile, said it was ok to miss our Family function at his place on Saturday.

Well I guess if all the stars align then it is meant to be.

So I called Jeff back Wednesday night and said it was a go.

Open up your plans and then you’re free

The next day I called Jeff to see when we were leaving and if he needed any help.

While my buddy was a little stressed.  Something I seldom see.

You see it is long story but he had to get his furniture that had been in storage in Miami on to 2 cargo ship containers  by Wednesday 25th.  So a lot of things had to come together.

Not only that but he didn’t have a manifest for all the items he had bought.  It was on his lap top that was stolen a 10 months ago.  So we had to label everything and put it on spreadsheet before the containers could go.

I commented, “You have always said that there are no problems only solutions.”  I continued further saying, “it will all work out and we will be laughing about it on Monday.”

We got to the Sheraton Hotel at the airport by 10:30 p.m.  Walk in and it was super crowded at the lobby so we head to the bar.

I just love that part.  Jeff knows there is always an easy way.  Why stress waiting in line .  Have a cocktail and go back to check in when there is no one there.  Which by the way is exactly what happened.

The next few hours were amazing.  We connected.  Talking about The Secret and LOA.  It was magic.

He turned to me and said, “I am glad you are here.  This is exactly what I needed.”

Wow.  I felt the same way.

After a fantastic flight being pampered in Business Class on Air Canada.  We head to the rental car agency.

Now Jeff loves fine cars.  Adores them.  So when we get off the bus and I look at our car I said to him, “I guess we are slumming it for the weekend.”  Our car was a metallic silver Hyundai.  I am truly grateful for that special car.  More on that later.

As we head out of the parking lot towards our hotel a great tune came on the radio.  Jeff turned to me and said, “I really like this song.  It makes me feel happy.”  I had no idea the name of the song but I wholeheartedly agreed with his statement.

Sun was out, palms trees everywhere and Jeff and I grinning with an amazing tune in our ear. Perfection.

Check in at the Sheraton.  Wash up.  Make a few calls.  Head over to the storage center.

Now 2.5 years is a long time to not talk to anyone.  Especially when the last time you talked you said you would only be storing your stuff for a few more weeks.

We walk into Extra Space Storage (954-791-2884) and Josh and Jeff greet each other like they saw each other yesterday.  They were like buddies.  Wow!

Jeff also had to arrange for his huge couches and dining room set to be delivered.  They were too big to be stored at Extra Space Storage.  So they were coming from 2 separate storage companies.  The day before he called them to see if they could deliver the items tomorrow.  Remember it has been 2.5 years since he last talked to them.

So out we walk to the ship container from ACL INC.  And 3 monstrous pieces are already loaded onto the container.  Jeff is giddy as a school kid.  Again he greets the older gentleman from Casedeco(954-923-0677) like an old friend.  We laugh and joke around for half an hour.

I reckon it’s again my turn to win some or learn some

Well of course as soon as they leave, the next group comes in with the monstrous dining room set.  It is loaded on the truck within minutes.  A few more minutes of laughter and conversation and they are off.

Jeff is so grateful.  Some of his biggest concerns were the first to be squashed.  Now he is relaxed and smiling.  He turns to me and says,” I think we will be having cocktails in about 3 hours.”

We have only been there for 1hr.  It is 12:30 .  We haven’t even started to unload the storage rooms.  And he already knows the rest of the day will be smooth sailing.

That is because he forget to tell me about his ace in the hole.  You see I thought part of the reason why I was going down there was to physically load the container .

Heck no.   He hired 2 professional movers from A.R.C. (email Joe Webb:  arc2398@att.net ).  Mike and E were our saviours.  They were fun loving.  Hard working.  Professionals.  And of course Jeff treated them like old buddies.

Listen to the music of the moment, people dance and sing,
We’re just one big family
And it’s our God-forsaken right to be loved love loved love loved

Every 15 minutes they would put pieces on the container.  We would label them.  Document them on the computer.  And Mike and E would pack them.

Jeff turns to me and says,” Now this is the pace that I like to work at.”

There’s no need to complicate
Our time is short

3 hrs later first container is stuffed.  Locked and loaded.

Jeff’s wife Michele, who had been jumping with her horses in West Palm Beach at the Wellington Classic, along with her father Hubert drove down to join us for cocktails.

We enjoyed an abundance of food at Runway 84.  What an atmosphere. Planes.  Music. Great dinner.  Amazing company.  A little dancing outside with a stranger.  Bed time.

We awoke with a little eye ache the next morning.  But we were off to fill the container.  Oh did I mention the weather was perfect for moving furniture.  Sunny. Low 70’s.  A little breeze.  Perfect.

Mike and E were already there loading the container.  We resume our post by the computer with marker in hand.  Drinking lots of water. If you know what I mean?

That day took a little longer.  There were a lot of bigger pieces of furniture.  But Mike and E got it done except for 4 pieces.  That will go on the next conainter in a few months.

Say our thank yous and good byes.  And we are back in our beds by 4 p.m having a well deserved power nap.  Ha Ha Ha.

Up we get and head to The Wellington Classic Grand Prix$75,000 Grand Prix FEI CSI 2*.  This is the top of the line horse jumping competition.  There are Olympic and World champions competing tonight.  The Phillies  were incredibly gorgeous.  And the horses were beautiful as well. Lol.

What an experience.  Michele was a giddy little school girl.  Immersed in her passion.  It was great to see.

The abundance was everywhere.

Look into your heart and you’ll find that the sky is yours

Back to the  Michele’s hotel the Holiday Inn.

Jeff and I decide to stay up and become one with nature .  The next 3 hrs were magical.  More thoughts on the Secret.  Sharing each others lives on how we got here and where do we go from here.

We both agreed together we are unstoppable force.  Ying and Yang.  Teacher-student.  Student-teacher.

We commented on all the signs that are right in front of people’s faces to see the way.  And yet they don’t.  They are not ready.

From Zorastrianism and all the early religions before they were complicated.  To all the signs that are here today.  Love. Enjoy. Learn. Share.  It is simple. Especially when you are in the flow.

To Describe how amazing it feels will do it injustice.

So I won’t hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait I’m sure
There’s no need to complicate
Our time is short

Jeff explained that he only recently realized that his motto of there is no problem only solutions was in a John Lennon song WATCHING THE WHEELS.  Or how about another Lennon song IMAGINE.

Wow. More signs.

And then he told me something remarkable. Magical.  That on December 31st 2008 he wrote down his new goal. It is to change as many lives as he can.  He wrote a list of who he was going to help.

Then he turned to me and said I was on that list.

I was honored.  But I wanted more.  I wanted to work with him and his dream.  Because to me it sounded pretty close to mine. Remember together we are an unstoppable force.

We talked and shared some more.  Nothing planned just an understanding that everything will be worked out.  That both of our goals will come true.

Well open up your mind and see like me
Open up your plans and then you’re free

Well it was 3:30 am and we had to be up in a few hours.  So I guess it was time to sleep.

I never thought anything could be as magical as that night in September 2007 ( see MY STORY).  But this night and this whole experience was somthing far greater then I could even imagine.  And we haven’t even got to the good stuff yet.

Please keep reading.

The following morning we headed back to the horse show to watch Michele ride on her beautiful horse Taboo.  Or Carl as we like to call him.  They recently purchased him for a song because he had an extensive injury.  But he would be perfect for Michele’s passion and aspirations.

Way to go Bald Guy.  Finally some pictures.

It was only the 2nd time in the ring with him.  And she had a perfect ride.  Graceful.  Elegant.  He was jumping over the bars by a couple of feet.  You could tell he was a former prized champion.  They only missed the jump off by a second.

Michele was beaming.  Excited and pleased.  And we were feeling the same way.

We said our good byes to the horses and some of their friends.  Head  down south.  To Sunny Isle.  And decadence.

We arrive at the hotel that Jeff had reserved for us for the night.  It was pretty spectacular.  But the vibe didn’t seem right.  Jeff had problems with his reservation and decided to have a cocktail to see if they would fix the problem.

On the way to the bar.  In the hotel lobby.  Another sign.  I pointed it out to Jeff.

He commented, “How many people walk by this all day and never notice it. But you spotted it right away.  Good for you.”

At the bar Jeff makes some phone calls.  Finds another place.  And decides that he is never going to stay at this hotel again.  It just dosen’t feel right.

Jeff beamed happily, “Wait till you see the place that we are going to.”

That place was called Aqualina.  This is the first paragraph on their brochure:

THE FEELING ONE GETS UPON FIRST ARRIVING AT AQUALINA IS MUCH LIKE ROMANCE - IT CAN ONLY TRULY BE UNDERSTOOD BY THOSE WHO’VE EXPERIENCED FIRSTAND.  WE CALL IT LA DOLCE VITA  - THE SWEET LIFE - AND IT MEANS SOMETHING DIFFERENT TO ALL OUR GUESTS.

Now if the above isn’t Hypnotic Writing at its finest I do not know what is.  I could have sworn Joe Vitale  wrote that.

And yes Wow.  You have to check out their website.  And even though this was way more luxurious then the last place.  The vibe was definately different.   It was happy.

Listen to the music of the moment, people dance and sing,
We’re just one big family
And it’s our God-forsaken right to be loved love loved love loved

We are greeted with smiles and champagne.  Then escorted to our room.  Sweet.

Getting off at the 24th floor.  We walk into our palace.  Jaw dropping time.

http://www.acqualinaresort.com/rooms-suites/deluxe-two-bedroom-oceanfront-suite/

The view from the balcony is awe inspiring.  Not only do the 4 pools look amazing.  But the spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach is breath taking.

Abundance is everywhere. I definately could get used to having little snippets of this in my life.  I look forward to bringing my family and Jeff and Michele’s family here for a little get away.  Soon.

Off to dinner at Nobu.  A sushi spot.  http://www.shoreclub.com/.  Walking into this dreamland was stunning.  I have never tasted flavors so sophistacted yet simple.  It was my first time eating Sushi at a restaurant and I can’t wait to go back.  Especially to hang out at the courtyard for a night cap.

A fantastic way to end our stay in Miami.  Or so I thought.

By the time Jeff gets going the following morning it is 11 am.  We have time to have a quick bite and then off to the airport.  But that doesn’t feel right.

So he asks if I would be fine to stay for a few more hours .  We can lie by the pool.  Enjoy the sun and then take off at 8 pm.  Well twist my rubber arm.

5 hrs later as we are enjoying a fresh mango smoothie by the pool.  Yum Yum. He turns to me and says…

Now if you have been following this closely.  You would have noticed the words within the words.  You will know what Mr Felske was going to say.

Yup you guessed it.  This dosen’t feel right.  Why should we leave now when we are so comfortable.  Relaxing.  Just to get home late at night.

I couldn’t agree more.

Change flights once more.  Relax.

Then off to dinner at Gotham Steak House which is situated in the Fontainebleau Hotel.

Gliding into the lobby at the Fontainbleau Hotel my jaw dropped.  I pretty sure I almost tripped over it.

It was the most expansive open lobby I have ever seen.  Decadence but with a hint of casualness.  The lighted blue floor that guided you to the bar was a show stopper.

Once inside Gotham’s we were escorted past the most spectacular modern wine cellar to our front row seats.  Dirctely in front of us behind crystal clear glass was the cleanest kitchen I have ever witnessed.  We watched how their team came to together to produce the food for their clients.

And by the way Jeff and I both agreed it was the best Rib Eye steak we have ever tasted.  Double Yum Yum.

The next day.  I awoke early.  Glided to the balcony . Humming along as I strolled through our residence.

Listening to the waves I said my thank yous. And alone with such gratitude I recited out loud Will Cowen’s Prosperity Prayer,  while the sun broke through the clouds .

It was magical.  Like the fingers of God were reaching out and caressing me through the clouds.

I felt that it was time to go home.  I wanted to hug Debbie and the kids.  And when they are ready I wanted to share this  awesome story.

Don’t leave yet.  The craziest part is still to come.

Down in the hotel lobby.  I took a few last photos (of course of flowers, being a former florist.  I still laugh at this.  You wouldn’t believe all the amazing cars that were parked just a few feet away and I end up taking a picture of this.  Abundance is everywhere).

With 7 Bentley’s , numerous Astin Martins, Porches,  and a few Mazarattis we humbly and grateful climb into our Hyundai.

Amid a few stares we laughed as we drove off to the airport.

I’ve been spending way too long checking my tongue in the mirror
And bending over backwards just to try to see it clearer
But my breath fogged up the glass
And so I drew a new face and I laughed
I guess what I’m be saying is there ain’t no better reason
To rid yourself of vanities and just go with the seasons
It’s what we aim to do
Our name is our virtue

No that wasn’t the craziest part.  This is.

You see everytime we got into our silver metallic 4 door Hyundai something magical happened.  It still gives me shivers.

I would say we made at least 15 to 20 specific trips in that car over the 4 days we were there.  Everytime we turned on the radio we heard our song.  Yeah the one we talked about driving off the car rental place.  You know way back at the beginning of this fantastic journey.

By the 5th or 6th time of getting into our car the giggling had subsided to a happy confidence.  We knew our song was going to come on.  We always greeted it with a huge roar of laughter a high five or a handshake.

I think it probably happened a couple of times in Mimi’s car. Once in the Taxi.  And once in the car service.

The most memorable time. We were leaving from Michele’s horse competition to drive to Miami.  Jeff turned the car over and the song was just starting to sing.  We couldn’t believe.  We came at the perfect time. Roaring and laughter ensued.

We then drove 10 minutes.  Turned the car off. Said goodbye to their other horse CoCo.  After sharing some mints and love with CoCo.  We hop back into the car change the channel. Three songs later.  You guessed.  Our song.

We only listened to 2 stations our whole trip.  And we received our song over and over.

The funny thing . The DJ’s never announced who sang this brilliant ditty.

Now if that isn’t a sign I don’t know what is.  This song kept playing over and over.  It was singing to the both of us.  Making sure we got it.  The trouble was that the music and beat were so good that I never really caught a  full line from the song.

Monday morning without talking to each other.  Both in separate rooms we asked The Universe for the song.  Jeff was more direct asking to hear it on the radio.  I asked for the lyrics.  5 minutes later Jeff called us over.  Cranked up the volume.  Giggling I wrote down some lyrics and straight to the computer I went.

So all those little quotes that you have been seeing are from I’M YOURS.  I strongly encourage you to watch Jason Mraz’s video of I’M YOURS.  Share with us what you noticed in his video. Who do you think he is singing to?

And check out his bio page on his website.  His story is pretty amazing.

Oh and bye the way.  After we found Jason Mraz.  Which was Monday at lunchtime.  Jeff and I never did hear his song again in the car.  Either in Miami or driving home from Toronto.

It was like Jason decided he had enough fun in the Hyundai and felt he needed to find another vehicle.

Thank you Jeff for sharing this experience with me.  I am most grateful and I will never forget.

We ended up staying another night in Miami.  I know poor me.

So there was more to add.  On top of that I arrived home to a sick family and I am giving them all the love that they desire.

I am hoping to post it tonight but for sure in on Thursday in the am EST.

I really thank you for your support and understanding.  And I can’t believe how excited  I am to share this with everybody.

After reading this you will be sitting barefoot (your socks will be blown off) and I believe a little more understanding of the way.  Yee ha!

Friend Connect-Social Media Mania

You have heard me talk about how I love to surf.  With my fingers that is.

I love travelling the internet highway, going down side streets to find some real gems.  That is how I  came across, Nathan Mcgee, Peter Shankman and The Go-Giver( I am an ambassador by the way.  Yes that was the bald guy tooting his own horn).

But now I really want to surf. I want to grab my blue board and head out into the open water and plan my assault on the sea.  I am not talking about some piddly little dinky wave.  I want to ride a monster.

Ok before you get to concerned.  I am not really surfing a wave from the ocean.  That is still to come.

This wave that I am talking about is Google’s Friend Connect.  This wave is small but it is going to be a monster.  And if you have a website and or blog and want to learn how to position yourself on it, I would highly recommend you visit http://thesocialmediasource.com .

This is the wave I am talking about:

If you take this seriously, you’ll dominate your niche on friend connect. Imagine riding the wave as this grows to 1 billion people! It’s totally possible. When this happens, remember that you heard it here first.

Well thank you Brian Cambell and Steve Pohlit.  I definitely will.

So here is my power statement

I wanna give now to all the teachers who have shown me the way.  I wanna give now to those who are open to receiving my gift of circulating money.  I wanna give now to anyone who might be inspired by my story to realize their own amazing power and greatness. I will continue pursuing these desires as long as it is in alignment with Source and the purpose of my life.

I need to get some rest.  6 hrs left until Social Media Mania begins.  Yee ha!

Oh by the way it is all free.

P.P.S  In case your interested I recently owned my purpose statement.  Here it is again.

The purpose of my life is to awaken and be aware of all channels of abundance, prosperity, love, beauty and well being and while gliding, floating, skipping and humming along on these free flowing rivers, I will enjoy sharing my thoughts through written and spoken words.
